Mike Castore did a great job getting us an appointment for service in short notice. That said, their phone system is horrible and I almost went elsewhere because after sitting on hold for way too long for service in short notice. Not sure I would buy a vehicle there if they dont fix that. They need a human to answer the phones not some AI computer More
