When I brought it back, I sat for 45 minutes for you to tell me the let it sit in the sun, and it will go back into shape. You didn’t look at anything. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The car arrived with a damaged part and it took almost 6 weeks for me to be reimbursed to have the part replaced by my local dealer. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the non-responsivenes of the numerous people I tried to contact about this. After all was said and done I was only reimbursed for less than half of what I paid for the repair. Unless you live in the community or close to this dealership I would think twice about buying Any vehicle that has to be shipped over 2 hrs drive away. More

brought my 2024 Grand Cherokee Summit with 2000 miles in for a recall on backup camera. Also a rattle/vibration on the left side of the car when going over a rough road and speeds of 45-50 mph and over. Als for a recall on backup camera. Also had a recording of the noise and played it for service guy telling him you have to take it out and get up to speed. Next day I returned to pick up car and salesman had called me to tell me camera was reprogrammed but didn't heat the noise. Then he says him an a mechanic road around behind the dealership. So they never probably went over 30 mph so of course they wouldn't hear anything. It was a waste of my time. An when I picked the car up i was under the impression cars getting service get washed but mine did not. your dealership is the first one I have bought a new car from and don't get a wash when brought in for service. I don't think a $65,000 care should have the noise mine has, but you have to make an effort to try to rectify it! Service February 6th 10AM appointment. Larry Greenfield More
