Comunication at its worse. I called several times to find out the status of my vehicle and never got a call back till it was done. Three days in the shop to do a transmission s I called several times to find out the status of my vehicle and never got a call back till it was done. Three days in the shop to do a transmission service is s bit much. Thevparts cost was rediculous, gasket and filter for 185 dollars. Could get those parts at any parts store for under 12 dollars . would not recomend this dealer to anyone. Stay away from this dealer at all cost. Not a happy camper. More

I took my Dodge Grand Caravan for problems in Trasmission, the mechanical technician Obdiel Ortiz , made a quick diagnosis and repaired the truck in a simple and honest manner, when I left my AC Trasmission, the mechanical technician Obdiel Ortiz , made a quick diagnosis and repaired the truck in a simple and honest manner, when I left my AC was not working and I returned and surprise when I went to the manager and turned on the truck it started working, I felt embarrassed but relieved, they have done several jobs for me and they are excellent. By far the worst experience at any dealership I’ve ever had. My car was there from January 2 until February 6. They wouldn’t not give me a loaner car because my car was no longer under warranty.
