Jeep was in dealership 25 days. Advisor uncareing with terrible communication keeping me informed. Felt like i was forgotten with no transportation. Only reason im going there is its close buy my house and i have a extended warranty through chrysler. More

Made appointment a week before for an oil and filter change plus tire rotation. Service said figure an hour. Dropped off at scheduled time of 8:30 am. Service advisor said your first in line, should be change plus tire rotation. Service said figure an hour. Dropped off at scheduled time of 8:30 am. Service advisor said your first in line, should be no more than an hour or so. Well 2.5 hours later I went to service advisor and asked for a status. He checked and about 15 minutes later my car was done. 2.5+ hours for a simple oil and filter change plus tire rotation is ridiculous. Next time I'll go to an oil change place like Valvoline and be done in 15-20 minutes, not 2.5 hours More
