Johnny was very nice but there was too many errors that cost even more money on my end that I need to be compensated for. I Don't know who David Kiefer is. I dealt with someone different in every communication. They said it would take 2 hours to do the job. I left it there all day for them to do it. They called me in the afternoon and told me they did not have the part, and that they would have to keep over the weekend to do the job on Monday which was a huge inconvenience for me, but I wanted to get done. Monday afternoon they called and said they would need to keep it another day cause they said they got the wrong part. I had to get my truck back. I told them to put it back together for me to pick up. They could not get a 2 hour job done in 96 hours, and I am right back where I started. Total waste of time. More
