I waited 3 hours for a software upgrade recall to be done. I think they forgot about me since my vehicle came out of the garage shortly after an agent checked on it. The service manager was rude, even when as he was training, then I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. Nobody had talk to me and acted like it was no big deal. It is extremely disappointing that Stellantis and this dealership don’t have a solution to resolve the air conditioning recirculate loud sound emitting from the dash.
