Horrible expeience Salesman AJ Jamshidi, managers Moe Afzal, Tom Deering & Kevin Dooris, and owner Miles Brandon are either uniformed or non-responsive. Dealership sends a barrage of automated emails but consistently ignores my emails and calls with actual issues and concerns. Worst car-buying experience ever. Avoid Capistrano Mazda at all costs! My husband and I have always purchased used cars and never thought we would be in the market for a new car until we found the Mazda Grand Touring CX-9 My husband and I have always purchased used cars and never thought we would be in the market for a new car until we found the Mazda Grand Touring CX-9, with all of the fantastic safety features, gorgeous leather interior, entertainment accessories and sporty exterior. Having never bought a new car before, I was leery of the dealer experience. I am so glad I came to Capo Mazda. Forouz did a fantastic job of fully explaining the car to me, even emailing me videos on the different features. She took time with me to discuss financing and make sure that I got the car that I really wanted for a great price. I was very happy with everyone I came into contact with at the dealership - they were all so friendly and accommodating. Such a great experience for a first time new car buyer! More
