I know maintenance is the cash cow, but hopefully I won't need a new, not covered by the warranty head gasket at my first oil change. More

My partner and I had been looking at a new Mazda MX-5 RF for a couple months. I had reached out to multiple dealerships in my area (Palm Springs) and as far out as L.A. & San Diego. I emailed an inquiry to Forouz on a Saturday afternoon, she responded immediately with photos and even a video of the vehicle as well as a clear idea of final costs. She remained in contact with me even on her days off, and had me in my new MX-5 by that Tuesday morning. The car was detailed and ready for me to go with ZERO pressure from any other sales team or managers. I met a number of the other Capo Team members that day (I apologize for not remembering names). All took the time to greet me and my partner and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. I would happily make that drive again for that kind of customer service. My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining wh to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. When I went to pick up my car, again, Cyrena was was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. This level of service is why I continue to come to this dealer for service and new cars. More
