Firstly, we had From start to finish, our new 2020 MY Mazda6 Grand Touring purchase experience was smooth, fast, easy and fully met our expectations. Firstly, we had to find the interior color (sand) that we wanted. Capistrano Mazda found it, transported from an ally dealer and made it available for us quickly. Secondly, the purchase price included all available discounts and incentives, which was reassuring. Thirdly, Capistrano Mazda delivered the vehicle to our home in great condition and with timely precision. Overall, we could not have been more delighted with our purchase experience. The process, and the pricing in particular, was honest and upfront, with no hidden fees or other tricks like you might find at other dealers.
