Our salesperson listened very well to what we were looking for in our next car, and she was able to work with us by providing different options to come to a deal the same day. We thought the information was presented in a very clear way and we never had the feeling we were being oversold anything that we didn't want. We met a couple months ago but once I was ready I found my salesperson, Farouz, to be very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs.
