Disconnect between new number cone system and appointment time. I didn’t remember the customer service rep who scheduled me the previous day. As a result, I was treated either like I wasn’t telling the truth time. I didn’t remember the customer service rep who scheduled me the previous day. One issue with the car that I mentioned to them to check was a dash light that indicated a problem with one of the cars lights. When I picked up the car there was no light but the following morning the dash was a dash light that indicated a problem with one of the cars lights. When I picked up the car there was no light but the following morning the dash light was on so I am not sure if it was checked. Also the communication could have been better regarding the repair work. More

Chuck and Buddy were helpful. No one is on the same page though. We received so many different numbers from sales and finance. Nick was outrageously rude.
