We have never had an easier process/experience buying a new car than we did at Capo. Or quicker! Our salesperson Fernando was great: we had been looking at other dealerships for what we wanted, and had alm new car than we did at Capo. Or quicker! Our salesperson Fernando was great: we had been looking at other dealerships for what we wanted, and had almost given up due to the price negotiating frustration. When we contacted Capo VW on the vehicle we were looking for, they went above and beyond to get us in the car we wanted. From the test drive, finalizing details, and the finance/payment steps - we were driving our new car home in under 2 hours! Our experience was amazing, and for once, actually enjoyable! Efficient, down to earth, & MOST IMPORTANTLY, nice to my wife and kids. Kids got "busy bags" that they're still playing with and coffee for my wife which is more valuable than gold.
