Arlen always helps me make the correct service decisions with my 2017 VW GTi. I really appreciated the honest service advice. My wife takes her Jetta to a competitor but I always take my VW to Arlen & Capo VW because of the honestly & great service department. I drive a little further just for the Honesty & Professionalism that I believe in @ Capo VW & Arlen in the service department. I had an issue with a recirc door motor failure and brought it in without a service appointment. Fred Evans took my Golf sport wagon in and had it fixed by the end of the day!
