no comment I have a problem with window on the passenger side not working after you guys fixed it only work with main panel switch but not working from the passe I have a problem with window on the passenger side not working after you guys fixed it only work with main panel switch but not working from the passenger switch and I had to wait for four days but the result still not work proper way . I have bought the extra warranty with the vehicle I was asking Fred he said that I have to put deposit for repair not free he should not talk to customer that way that's a reason why I don't want to come back to Capistrano VW I always bring my car to your dealer for service since I had that kind of treatment it really disappointed me that was very rude answer to customer. Capistrano Volkswagen never disappoints. Excellent from sales to service. Car was in for 20 miles service and all was done perfectly.
