I had contacted him before by phone and had told him that I was interested to possibly lease a white e-golf instead of buying one. Richard was well prepared and showed us the way to look at a brand new 2019 e-golf in white. It was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Then we went for a short ride with it. I was impressed how quite the car was and how easy it felt to drive it. After our ride Richard answered patiently all of my questions about charging, where to turn on the wisher and program the radio etc. After that we followed him to his office to get the paperwork done. Richard was very helpful in explaining all papers that needed to be signed and answered all my questions about the lease. He informed me about the CA Rebate Program for electric cars and was very helpful in getting this process started.
