Went in for an oil change/ washer fluid check. Was quoted an hour and half and ended up leaving my car for a day and a half. Called at the end of the day and Greg said he didn't even get anyone to look at my car after I called him not him calling me to let me know the plan changed and my car needed to stay overnight. The next day I never got a call that my car was ready and I had to call again to check the status and they said yup it's ready. Never heard from Greg again. Also not my first time with the service department where they don't let me know my car is ready. Not great service More

Our salesperson was Michael and he was terrific. I do not like buying cars and he made the whole process so easy. I really appreciate that he was not using any high pressure sales tactics. Everyone else was also very relaxed and non pressuring. And I really like that they certify all their used vehicles, at least for the ID.4 which is what we bought. Other dealerships had stock where most wasn't certified but then wouldn't give us a reason why. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next VW. More
