The sales manager Steve Smith called us and invite us back to the dealership I returned his call two times I was at the dealership but he did not bother to come and say hello or introduce himself !!!!!!! Quick and easy, a pleasant buying experience. We had a specific deal in mind for the e-Golf, which was currently being offered at other dealerships but not advertised at Capo VW. Steve looked into it for us and was able to get the same deal. We also had to leave in the middle of the buying process to go pick up our kids, but the whole team was very understanding. Kevin stepped in when the Financing guys were back-logged to get us out the door faster. He was very kind to our 5-year old son and gave him some toys to play with while he waited. Only negative was having to wait 20+minutes for the car we were interested in to be retrieved from the off-site lot. Wish it was closer! More
