Steve Skinner was GREAT to work with! Recently purchased a VW from Steve. Prior to purchase did comparison shopping through multiple dealers/dealerships and Steve was best of them all. Great experience everyone was so friendly I really feel I am part of the VW family now...Bennett Deming really went out of his way to make it possible for me to lease a new car I am 70 and on I really feel I am part of the VW family now...Bennett Deming really went out of his way to make it possible for me to lease a new car I am 70 and on a limited income so he made sure everything worked out perfectly for me. It is the first time I have had a VW but it is not the last great experience and they are very efficient and timely can't believe how quickly we got everything done. Purchasing a Used Car When i came into the store i hade my heart set on two cars. Curtis showed me both and of course i liked one over the other. We took it for a test driv When i came into the store i hade my heart set on two cars. Curtis showed me both and of course i liked one over the other. We took it for a test drive and had some issues regarding the engine. Without even asking, minutes after we came back from the test drive Curtis had pulled up a car for me to check out. Had everything i liked in the other car but this one had a bigger engine and few more bells and whistles. Best of all was still in my price range! I fell in love with the color right off the bat. Once we took it for a test drive i was completely in love with the car. Had some troubles with my bank because there system had crashed down that day but Curtis did everything he could to make sure i would drive away with my car that day. Sure enough everything worked out perfectly. Before leaving showed me everything i needed to know with the inside of the car , helped me hook up my phone , and i was on my way. I had a great time there , frankly didn’t want to leave but did go show off to my family. I highly recommend this place and Curtis to anyone that wants a VW. I just wanna thank Curtis for all his help that day and getting me my dream car. More

Sales experience was great...finance experience..ummm Steven was a great salesperson. He was very attentive, detailed and came across as very honest. A characteristic Capistrano VW has a known reputatio Steven was a great salesperson. He was very attentive, detailed and came across as very honest. A characteristic Capistrano VW has a known reputation for. HE was polite and made sure the entire experience was quick and comprehensive. He even engaged a surprise presentation with the car for my daughter when she showed up without knowing I had bought here a car. Well Done Steven!! Thanks for your great service! When I got to the Finance department and started going through the process and paperwork, that is when I felt that the dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. Two things happened. The finance manager walked me through the pricing and finance...thats when I saw immediately that the price was higher then what was posted on the sticker. The finance manager said he was going to lower the price anyways...but he quoted me the higher price while walking me through the paperwork.......huh???...when were you going to tell me? He made the correction to the right price....thanks I also noticed that there was a charge for a theft deterrent device installed on the car. I asked what is this? He said that the salesperson should have told you about that. I said I was not informed....To the finance managers credit ....he immediately took it off the contract, readjusted the contract and told me the new price....and they left the anti-theft device on the car....as a favor for the mistake....hmmmm. He was quick and explained everything else..so thanks Overall the experience was a very good. I would recommend this dealership...I would tell anyone..regardless of the dealership...... make sure you read everything when signing papers. More
