The service staff and technicians are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came in with a suspension noise issue and during the work they discovered a separate issue covered under warranty, got helpful, and knowledgeable. Car returned with back door open. Not sure why trunk door had been opened for a tire rotation to begin with. Also low pressure warning appeared two days later.
