I get great service and everyone is very helpful. My only complaint is the lack of loaner cars, anytime I’ve inquired about one the answer is “first come, first served” but in my 2 years of owning my My only complaint is the lack of loaner cars, anytime I’ve inquired about one the answer is “first come, first served” but in my 2 years of owning my ID4 a loaner is never available. For this reason I had to wait a few weeks to when I was off work to schedule the repair. I understand that loaners are in high demand, and limited, I’m just more accustomed to a loaner being part of the service after paying over $50k for a car. Having said that, Zander was very helpful and got my car serviced quickly and provider a Lyft, but I would like loaner service in the future to have more flexibility over when I can schedule repairs. Got quoted $5600 for leaking water pump, coolant flush, serpentine belt and valve cover job. Asked for video of coolant and water pump leak. They said they lost it. My personal mechanic of over 30 yrs fou serpentine belt and valve cover job. Asked for video of coolant and water pump leak. They said they lost it. My personal mechanic of over 30 yrs found no problem with coolant and pump, changing belt and valve cover gasket job for $950. Criminal and outrageous behavior. More
