None of my concerns were fixed “need fault code” I offered pictures and video of my reported issues. I brought in a vehicle for a recall and was on a very tight timeline for my clients needs... Greg grabbed my paperwork and went and got a confirmation from the mechanics that they could get the vehicle o tight timeline for my clients needs... I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived for my appointment. The person at the desk just sat and typed when I stood in front of her. Finally Brad was free and helped me out. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car even though it was sitting in the lot 20 feet away. I have been happy there in the past (have purchased 3 cars there) but seems to be going downhill. Brad has been there a long time and is friendly and helpful. More
