Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and I would be happy to look into the matter. It is common practice for our staff to have a specific vehicle built and ordered to their specifications and easily verifiable by checking the vehicle invoice. While we do what we can to prevent situations like this by removing the vehicle from being displayed online, we are not perfect and occasionally one will slip past us. We are in the business of selling and servicing these vehicles and stand to gain absolutely nothing by being dishonest or deceptive in any way. While we would prefer to sell the vehicle to someone outside of our organization it takes a minimum of three months to receive a vehicle you order and it would be unethical to sell it out from under him. While I believe I know the exact Colorado you are referring to, if you would provide additional vehicle details, I can verify the information and see if it was in fact ordered for one of the managers. If there is any doubt in the validity of the information you received, I hope you will allow us the opportunity to verify its accuracy We would be happy to do whatever we can to help repair and restore your trust in Capital Chevrolet. You contacted me multiple times concerning this vehicle unsolicited. You sent me the invoice and then again contacted me the next day unsolicited. This was a birthday/ graduation present for my son. Tell your Sales Manager to enjoy his vehicle.
