My Van turned off in the middle of me driving a really curvy road with all three kids in my car. I called him and he gave me instructions to have my van towed and to come to the dealership to pick up a courtesy van. When all was said and done, we arrived 15 minutes past closing time due to traffic and Andrew was there waiting for us, but he was really nervous about needing to go pick up his kids from daycare. I told him to go several times, but he stayed and got us in our courtesy vehicle before he left. He really is the quality type of person you want working for you. I hope Capital will cover the extra expenses he incurred on childcare because he stayed late to accommodate us. I’m super appreciative of his time and dedication. More

Worst dealership 2 minutes ago This dealership is still having the same problems I look through the reviews over pricing and lying on paperwork rudest management that 2 minutes ago This dealership is still having the same problems I look through the reviews over pricing and lying on paperwork rudest management that I ever talk to this was the worst dealership I ever been to you even out beating Larry Hill imports as the worst dealership that say a lot how u care about your customer. this all started when I bought a Toyota Camry way overpriced I asked them to switch for a truck cause I couldn't pay $40,000 for a Camry that wasn't the numbers that we talked about when we did the finance the crazy thing is the next day we picked up the paperwork and it said a different story so after Toyota jerks us around for a few months I talked to the finance company to pick the car up cause Toyota lied to me and I wasn't paying $40,000 for a Camry that Kelly blue book values it at $15,000 plus dealing with the court and lawyes it not worth the headache find a better place that not out to screw you over and if anyone from Toyota see this plz don't say to contact (Ed Emerson) I already talked to him he's rude and arrogant and he told me to Sue Toyota and laughed in my face so if you're going to contact me about this situation make sure it's Toyota corporate above (Ed Emerson) so we can make this right.
