Great car buying experience I contacted Capital Toyota just to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock. There was not one in stock, but the salesperson said one would be ar I contacted Capital Toyota just to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock. There was not one in stock, but the salesperson said one would be arriving by the end of the month. I was not in a hurry so that was fine. Long story short, the vehicle came in as expected and we drove it home after a test drive. The salespersons Alicia and Josh were great ro work with. Also, Craig, the finance person was a great help as well. I would recommend buying a Toyota from this dealership. More

Amazing experience I was preapproved with my credit union and went to buy car. Patrick took time to let me see the 4runner I thought I wanted but when I had reservations I was preapproved with my credit union and went to buy car. Patrick took time to let me see the 4runner I thought I wanted but when I had reservations about the lack of space in the 3rd row, he showed me the highlander and it was everything I wanted! They really worked with me on everything and treated me respectfully. When it came time to sign the agreement, they were able to offer me a better rate than my credit union. I am very impressed More

Got the car I wanted in short order Alicia was very helpful and easy to work with. She found the exact car I wanted right on the lot. She’s quick to respond and never leaves a question unanswered. I sell insurance for a living so I can point out a crooked salesman anywhere- sarah isn’t one of them. So would I recommend her? Yes. One hundred times YES! For Alfred, I haven’t worked with him for my recent inquiry but he has helped me with my last two car purchases and also for my family. Worked Well to find what I wanted I have been looking to buy new Tacoma but needed a particular configuration that isn't typically built for dealer stock. The folks at Capital worked to find what I needed but it wasn't readily available. A truck meeting the specs I was looking for had been ordered and luckily for me, the person that made the order had to back out at the last minute. Josh and Alicia immediately remembered that I was looking for a truck with mostly the same specs and got in touch with me. I've purchased the truck and am very pleased with both the vehicle and the service I received in making this happen. More
