Buying a car can be stressful and time consuming. This is especially true when shopping from out of state. That was NOT our experience at Capital Toyota in Chattanooga TN. We searched for a cross over vehicle online and had identified 6 options within our search criteria. One was at Capital Toyota and others at other dealerships. We reached out to each of the dealership representatives. The agent at Capital (Marquita) was the most responsive and low pressure. In fact, Marquita made our remote experience personal by sharing detailed video of the vehicle and promptly answering all of our questions. Upon arrival at the dealership, Marquita introduced us to the vehicle which we found to be even better in person! While we had other good choices lined up to see during our visit, we opted out as we felt completely cared for by Marquita, were happy with the representation of the vehicle, and were satisfied with the final purchase price. The manager (Shawn) was very thoughtful and offered to reimburse us for the cost of making a second remote key. Shawn also helped us arrive at a price within our limited budget. The finance manager (Joe) was extremely professional and “no pressure” guided us through the final purchase process. I would recommend Capital Toyota for online and in market purchases.
