Patrick was OUTSTANDING with both his help and knowledge and made us feel like we were part of the family before we signed any paperwork. He went out of his way to make sure we knew all we needed to before and after making our final choice with no "pressure" to buy (which we liked). I love the style, the interior & the backup camera is great! I did not like the old style with the spare tire mounted on the back of the door. My New Highlander My car was dead I needed to find a car quickly, but wanted to make an informed decision. The first time I met Alicia Normand, she knew I was just doing some initial searching. She showed me the differences between the Highlanders: basic, XLE & limited. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the cars! She understood I didn't want to purchase more than I would truly use. The next week, I came back again (with my daughter) and she let us explore the cars for about 40 minutes. She called me a couple of times to ask if I had anymore questions and of course I did. We decided on the Highlander and she & Ed searched all over for a black AWD XLE for me! They got it here in time to leave for our vacation and it was so incredibly clean. My husband and I came in and quickly and easily went through the Toyota financing process. The next morning, we packed the car up - there was room for both golf bags to fit across the back! Then we got to enjoy the car in a 12 hour car ride to the beach. It was so quiet, comfortable and safe. My child had tons of leg room in the back!
