After having the best experience here at Capital with every employee we encountered, we decided to make the 4Runner our choice. On the top of that exceptional experience is Patrick Shadrick. Patrick was OUTSTANDING with both his help and knowledge and made us feel like we were part of the family before we signed any paperwork. He went out of his way to make sure we knew all we needed to before and after making our final choice with no "pressure" to buy (which we liked). We have had the new 4Runner for almost two weeks and couldn't be happier. This is our first Toyota purchase but will not be our last. I love the style, the interior & the backup camera is great! I did not like the old style with the spare tire mounted on the back of the door. The spare is now out of the way under the floor of back cargo area. Everyone was very pleasant & friendly. I would recommend this dealership!! More

My New Highlander My car was dead I needed to find a car quickly, but wanted to make an informed decision. I spent time on the internet researching cars, including http://capitaltoyota.net/ and narrowed my choices down to three. The first time I met Alicia Normand, she knew I was just doing some initial searching. She showed me the differences between the Highlanders: basic, XLE & limited. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the cars! She understood I didn't want to purchase more than I would truly use. The next week, I came back again (with my daughter) and she let us explore the cars for about 40 minutes. She called me a couple of times to ask if I had anymore questions and of course I did. We decided on the Highlander and she & Ed searched all over for a black AWD XLE for me! They got it here in time to leave for our vacation and it was so incredibly clean. My husband and I came in and quickly and easily went through the Toyota financing process. The next morning, we packed the car up - there was room for both golf bags to fit across the back! Then we got to enjoy the car in a 12 hour car ride to the beach. It was so quiet, comfortable and safe. My child had tons of leg room in the back! Initially wanted to test drive the four door Tundra which was admittedly above my intended price range. Alfred was extremely professional and knowledgeable in addition to being a lot of fun to deal with. After test driving the Tundra, we were offered a great price although still above what we were going to pay for a vehicle. During the drive, Alfred let me know that they had just acquired a used Nissan Titan the evening before that would fit in my price range and likely meet my needs in a truck. Without making me feel pressured at all, he encouraged me to take a look at it and I"m thrilled that he did. One look and a friendly negotiation on price, and we have now driven away with a fantastic truck that has exceeded our expectations. Alfred Odister was terrific and we will go to him again when others in the family are ready to trade or buy again.
