I spent minimal time in the process and everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful. Their finance office is truly amazing with state of the art technology. Instead of a ton of paperwork, I received a flash drive! So easy. Richard was so helpful and did a fantastic job explaining my new Rav4 Hybrid's technology. He spent a good hour helping me set everything up. It would have taken me a week for what we accomplished in an hour. I appreciate the service I received from both Richard and Capital Toyota and absolutely love my new SUV! I also recently spent some time in the service waiting room while they added an accessory to my SUV. I was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Great job guys! More
