The dealership in my opinion is a great dealership but when I got in my vehicle to leave I found the vehicle parked on a hill without the emergency brake on. As I shifted from park to reverse I heard a lo when I got in my vehicle to leave I found the vehicle parked on a hill without the emergency brake on. As I shifted from park to reverse I heard a loud bang which was the transmission parking pawl releasing. This could cause unnecessary damage requiring a replacement transmission. I suggest the dealership talk with all employees about the matter and instruct them too apply the emergency brake on all vehicles parked on a hill More

The intake stall were courteous & informative & helpful. The accounting staff also very nice & informative as well. I have never had a problem with the service rendered. It would be nice if work wasn’t The accounting staff also very nice & informative as well. I have never had a problem with the service rendered. It would be nice if work wasn’t so specialized. For instance, if you are close for an oil change, it would be easier to get it at the time hour getting other work done even if it’s a little early rather than having to go back a month later. Over all I like Capital Toyota very much and recommend it to my friends. I wish they washed your car after service as they used to do. But I’m satisfied with their work. More

Always schedule an appointment for service, but even with an appointment it takes forever.
