We are so grateful that we used Capital Toyota for our service needs. Our alternator went bad and we had to pull off on the exit ramp onto the side of the road near the stop sign. We had two children wi service needs. Our alternator went bad and we had to pull off on the exit ramp onto the side of the road near the stop sign. We had two children with us, so we needed a tow truck with four passenger seats, which is unusual. We texted our friends to pray to the Lord that he would intervene and get all of us with our car to the dealership. We called the dealership to say we would be late, as we were no longer able to continue the trip. Our service advisor, Mr. Luis Valdes was very assuring, and said he would look for a tow truck that had four passenger seats and call us back. About ten minutes later he called and said the truck was on the way, and gave us the phone number of the towing service so we could confirm their arrival time. This was Johnny’s Towing service, and Rhonda the dispatcher was very friendly on the phone, and told the truck was on the way. This all was very comforting to us as it was a cold rainy day, and we knew we could just wait till the truck arrived, and then all get in and be taken straight to the dealership along with the car! Mike arrived with the tow truck, and told us to all get in, while he pulled the car up on the platform, and within minutes we were on our way! We were all happy in the quiet and clean truck, and arrived at the Capital Toyota dealership, and were welcomed by our service advisor, Luis. They pointed us to the nice waiting lounge with snacks and hot drinks, and we happily waited for our car to be fixed. It turned out there was one additional part that they needed to order that would arrive until the next day, so they arranged a rental car for us, and had the rental company, Enterprise, come to pick us up, so we could go home and come back the next day to pick up the repaired car. So the next day Luis called us when the car was ready, and we were able to come pick it up. Luis went out of his way to be helpful, and we now have a car that is working perfectly again. Mr. Luis went out of his way, as did the Johnny’s Towing service, to get us taken car of. We are very thankful to the Lord for answering our prayers through these kind and efficient people, Mr. Luis Valdes, service advisor, Mr. Mike and Rhonda with Johnny’s Towing service, and Enterprise with their immediate coming to get us and set us up with a rental car. Thank you Lord, for helping us, and for these very kind and capable people who helped us. They also gave us a 10% discount from one of the coupons on their website! More
I wen t to Capital to get my 40k service done which is prepaid through my sales contract. Gary T. McCulloch told me that all i had was a coupon and that it wouldn't cover all my service. He also said that if i went to Toyota of Cleveland that they would just absorb it. Since I didn't buy it from them I had to pay more for PREPAID service. I called Toyota of Cleveland service and three others who all used my Vin and said there would be 0 charge since I had prepaid service. Gary and Capital Toyota are trying to punish others for not buying at Capital Toyota. It is awfully funny as well that when I asked for a manger there were none in the entire building. I will never do Business with this company or service. I would advise you to drive the extra distance to any other service department. Not to mention I was never greeted and had to come inside for anyone to assist me in the service lane after a 30 minute wait while they had coffee. More
