Actually a pleasant experience We dread buying cars - the predatory sales folk, the upsetting of unwanted features, the undercoating-du-jour, etc. make us want to shower afterwards. We dread buying cars - the predatory sales folk, the upsetting of unwanted features, the undercoating-du-jour, etc. make us want to shower afterwards. That, however, was not our experience here. Our salesman, Rob, was enthusiastic about the product line, but started by asking what were our needs and constraints. He clearly listened, and recommended 3 vehicles that would best fit. He then took us to each in turn, had us sit in them while explained vehicle feature, showed us the storage (for which we had particular needs), and listened to our feedback. Afterwards, he brought 2 vehicles out for us to test drive, and had us demonstrate some of the features. We were very impressed by him and his role as sales consultant (rather than salesperson), and returned the following week to purchase a vehicle. More
