Upgrade service I received a call to set up an appointment at a time convenient for me. At the service center, my family and I were greeted with respect and treated like valuable customers. The fact is that I arrived earlier, still the reception accommodated me and in less than an hour I received a text: Sir, your vehicle service is complete; please ask for Jim to pick up your keys at your earliest convenience..." At this time, I strolled from Walmart (About 1 min away across from the service center); got my keys and back on the road. The service center is clean, spacious and accommodating to adults and families with kids. There is a refreshment area, couches to lounge and a kids zone. In my experience, Car Pros KIA Renton is an upgrade in service and reliability. My only regret is that my KIA Optima Eco Plugin was not charged on the fast charger that was available to optimize the cars efficiency. Instead the level one charger was used and gave me only 5 miles in about 1 hour. More
