Car smelt like grease $2,000 for 60,000 mile check up . When I picked the rio today it smelt like a dirty old mechanic . Also the steering wheel was greasy . Soul initial service I bought a Soul in late August or early Sept. and hadn't driven it much (about 1700Mi.). I tried to set up the service appointment online based on the email I got but was unable to get a date scheduled - not sure what the problem was. I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I came into the service department at the scheduled time, dropped the car off and waited inside. The oil change and inspection was completed in the amount of time I was quoted and I drove home. The service people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The service went well! More
