Also, the rear windshield wiper blade needs replacing but you were out of stock, and it was recommended that I not replace it because it was still working well, which it definitely isn't at this point (it's two years old). Speechless My husband and I went in, already having made prior arrangements to buy a 2017 Optima, informed them of our credit scores, informed them of our income My husband and I went in, already having made prior arrangements to buy a 2017 Optima, informed them of our credit scores, informed them of our income, was told that we could get the car of our liking for $279 a month, only to spend four hours doing paperwork declaring the our credit scores were lower than we had stated from the loan officer regarding our house. Long story short, we ended up getting a 2016 KIA Forte, beautiful car. Not only did it not have anti freeze in it, but the windshield wiper fluid was completely empty as well. Only to be called, not once but twice regarding our income, and asking that we pay more than the $359 a month (even though it started off as being less than $300 a month). As it stands right now, we are still in the negotiating phase, not even sure where our credit scores are today, while being called while I'm at work, not once but twice to be upset about a deal that was made and signed two weeks ago. This has put my other two jobs in jeopardy with UBER and LYFT as well. I am far from happy at this point and time and am currently thinking about returning this car and taking my buisness elsewhere, after I get my refund of what it is that I did give, along with my paycheck come this time tomorrow. 11-9-2016 Leslie Braggs More

Samwise Sorter listened to me and responded to my wishes and needs. I purchased my 2016 Sorento and left feeling good about the experience. My girlfriend found an excellent 2015 Optima and they helped her make an equally good purchase experience. Jeremy, the F&I guy, gave helpful advice and totally professional service, the same as Samwise. I recommend these people and this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.
