We even sent the package that we were looking at to them (an option and recommendation from their website). When we walked in we were asked what we were looking for and we handed them the print-out from their website. We explained that the payment package, and lease terms were exactly what we were working with the salesman. He said, "Okay, no problem,. Let me pull up the car so you can take it for a test drive." We obviously proceeded to drive the car and loved it! We started filling out paperwork and then after nearly 2 hours of waiting, we were told that the print-out on the internet was wrong. I proceeded to show them on their website where it show'd the pricing for not only the cars we were looking at but for multiple cars and he told me they all were wrong. He did not know why they were listed that way and then begin to highlight the disclaimer on their website. We ended up not purchasing the 2 cars and left the dealership feeling completely sideswiped. Not a good experience! We were told that the General Manager would be calling us, but we never did hear from him. Another lie. Be careful going in. Don't have expectations and it would probably be great. More

Not only did he insult my intelligence but he showed a total disregard for my time! Having driven the model I was interested in the month before, I was ready to walk in, plunk down a check for my down payment, sign and drive out with a new car. Instead, my time was wasted, I spent over 2 miserable hours after a long day at work listening to lies, vain flattery and ultimately a bait and switch. Just as I was ready to sign, the dealer stepped away keeping me waiting again, came back and informed me the car I came to buy was sold but "this one" was just a little more money. Really? You waste my entire evening to tell me that? When I didn't bite, I was subject to flattery about what a really nice person I am, I'm such a good person, I like you...... How stupid do you think I am??! All you had to do was give me the keys, take my money and let me drive away the car I came to buy. Instead, I'm here writing you a bad review. Ladies, beware of this guy, he apparently thinks all women are stupid. More

The salesman that helped me, Joseph Miller, listened to what I wanted in a car and what I did not want. He provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. There was none of the high pressure or tag teaming by other salesmen. I left with a great car and a terrific price!! All departments involved in this transaction made me feel like they worked for me! He was attentive and helpful the whole way through our process of looking,and had just about all the information we needed about our prospect cars. He knows his product well and is a great advocate for it. He even owns both the models of car we were looking at at! Don't you always wonder what the car salesman drives? I've purchased several cars in the past and had been to many car lots this time around as well, but nowhere else did I have such a positive experience. Product knowledge, great customer service, consumer advocacy, friendliness, and trying to make the process as painless as possible are all selling points. Also, I actually walked away that day without buying a car! I was prepared to write a great review for these guys anyway, because it was the best car searching experience I have ever had. My family had time to think things over and actually did go back and buy a Kia Soul, which my 5 foot tall wife loves driving and me at 5 foot 10, love as well. If you are even considering a Kia, I have no hesitation in recommending Joseph "Joe" Miller as your sales associate, and would even say you should schedule and appointment and ask for him by name. You could actually leave well informed and not buy a car and feel great about the experience. Joe will seem more like a consumer advocate than a sales person. He is honest and will not even flinch at the tough questions about the product. The rest of the process was easy and smooth and all the other employees involved were also great. More

I was very pleased with the sale, as well as the service. Last month, I went with my 22 year old daughter to purchase her first car at Renton Kia. She has also written a review, but I would like to add that Joseph Miller appreciated what a momentous occasion this was, and really went out of his way to make this a very special day for us both. He really listened and helped us select the best car for her. In addition, for the past year, I have been eyeing the Sorento, as my van driving days were coming to an end... So, without hesitation, I knew that I wanted to return and purchase a Sorento from Renton Kia with Joseph. I now I am the very proud owner of a 2016 Sorento, and it is absolutely the most fantastic car I have ever owned. Not only that, but I was definitely treated as a valued customer, and am SO appreciative of how this was reflected in our final negotiations and price. At the moment I have no plans of purchasing another car, but if I ever do, it will definitely be another Sorento, from Renton Kia, with Joseph as my advocate. Thank you all SO much! More

This was my first time buying a car, and my mom had spent hours telling me about her horrible past experiences with various car dealers. So the both of us were relieved -- and delighted! -- that our experience at the Renton Kia was anything but horrible. Our representative, Joseph Miller, patiently answered all of our questions, let me test drive several vehicles, allowed us to discuss things over lunch by ourselves, and negotiated an excellent price. We could not have asked for a better rep. It was a fantastic day, and I absolutely adore my brand new Kia Soul (or, as I call her, "Cath"). Thank you for defying the terrible expectations of my mother and I, and instead giving us a car buying experience to rave about! More
