I've been looking at the Kia Soul for 4 years now. I finally decided to get rid of my gas xxxxxxx truck and buy a Soul. We went to the dealership and were greeted by many sales folks and they all seeme finally decided to get rid of my gas xxxxxxx truck and buy a Soul. They worked to get me top dollar for my trade-in truck and get me in a new Soul. They were all nice, professional and fair. More

The car was a 2012 Sorento lx that she spotted online for a great deal. I stopped by after work to take a look at this car for her. Cristina was not only knowledgeable but was also patient, understanding & had the same love for German Shorthair Pointers, so it was pretty much a done deal for me. After a couple of hrs & an appointment for tmrw i went home with the information needed for both of us (wife & I)to to make a decision. To make a long story short, we ended up with the car we wanted @ a great price. Cristina is now one of our newest friend and Renton Kia will be the dealership when we are ready for another/new car!!! if you're looking for a new or used car, go to Renton Kia and definitely hook up with Cristina Somerset. Last week I made a very hard decision to sell my KIA Soul which I bought 8 months ago. I had to do it due to the family circumstances. It was a car of my dream and I felt very bad to say good bye to it. Absolutely unexpectedly my husband and me came to Renton KIA dealership. We were met by Samwise Sorter who smiled to us and invited to his office to talk. I told him about our problems and the necessity to sell my KIA. I wanted to buy something used and cheap instead as my work is connected to driving a lot. He listened to me very carefully and said that he would do his best to make me happy again. He did!!! He offered me some options and gave me a right to chose. I was just in shock when I heard that I could buy another KIA. And a new one! It means that my dream was not for only 8 months :-). Sam was very polite and seemed to be extremely professional in his field. His ethics of communication with customers is amazing! The manner of talk and listen and just smile was on the highest level. We spent 5 hours in the office asking a hundred of questions, concerns and comments and Sam patiently answered all of them leaving no doubts for us to make a new important decision. We marked his job as excellent, putting all 5 in any aspect, though we are sure that he deserves 10!. My husband and me recommend him to any customer who is in front of making a serious decision of buying or selling a car. Thanks Sam! It was very nice to deal with you! Kia of Renton is an awesome place to go for a relaxed atmosphere when purchasing your next car. This is my second lease and both times have been exceptionally well. She was very thorough in explaining what they had available, different options all the way up to the close of the deal....she then took the extra time to show me the features that I could use in my new car. We walked into the dealer and were greeted by Sam with a warm smile and a handshake. We was really open about having dealers run your credit because every time they do it "dings" your credit a bit so you want to do this as least amount of times as possible unless you already have poor credit ha. Anyways we explained our budget and what we were looking for and made us coffee and even bought us snacks while we shopped at the dealer. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase a new car that day and we made it clear we could walk away at any given point. We decided on the Kia Forte which comes with everything stock except free sirus radio for 3 months and a bluetooth aux port so you can stream music from your smart phone (iphone 5) via bluetooth and even answer phone calls which is a plus. He gave us the low end for our trade in of what we expected so that was a so-so but honestly we were glad to have it off of our hands. There was even an instant $1000 rebate off the car. I think if we had negociated a bit more we could have gotten a better price but I am still satisfied for having a new car + the unlimited oil change option for an additional $25 a month on our payments its worth it. Overall I would highly recommend this dealer due to the openness and friendless of the staff and reliable vehicles. More

I can honestly say that Cristina Somerset and the staff at Renton Kia helped make my car buying decision easy. I am a real people person, and the respect and time they showed me made a real difference. I came in with a price in mind, and after some haggling (you can't blame them for wanting to make a decent profit!), they turned over every rock until all available discounts were applied to the bottom line——and I drove away with a beautiful new car that has exceeded my expectations. The quality of Kia automobiles is clearly reflected in the quality of staff at the Renton dealership. More

From the moment I shook hands with Ty I was treated with kindness. Ty took the time to answer all of my questions in addition to pointing out the features of the Kia Sorento.
