Our Salesperson Da I not only received excellent service as always at Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa Arizona, but this is the 5th Car we purchased there. Our Salesperson Darlene Ledbetter was so exceptional, she takes time to explain the Vehicle and all the newest features, so that even I could understand how to work the computer, and how to use the Safety features, her total focus was on making my husband and I comfortable with our purchase and that we had the deal that was best for us. I thank all of the people we dealt with, Finance Sean S., Thomas,in Management, and Darlene Ledbetter, Sales Consultant. Also, very happy to see that Austin, Sales Consultant is back with Cardinale Way, he is a wonderful sales person, who also, really cares for his customers. My wife relaxed soon after meeting Corrie. She was warm, open, and honest and we felt like old friends by the time we finished our test drive. Unfortunately, we did not yet have enough equity to make a deal that day, but when that changes we will definitely be visiting again with Corrie. My wife and I loved the Mazda6 and Corrie made the whole experience very enjoyable! We highly recommend dealing with her if you're looking for a new car! More

Darlene's knowledge of the Mazda products was very impressive as we had no questions that went unanswered. Sales people took additional steps to work with another non-local Mazda dealer to get the exact vehicle we wanted that was not on Cardinaleway's lot. They got the car we wanted , now we got it! Now we have a new 2017 Miata MX5 which will probably create a household spat on who will be the primary driver, me or the wife. More
Almost 1 year of fighting I bought a used Mazda CX-9 from this dealership on 06/16/2015 and purchased the GAP coverage for $700.00 and the Warranty for $2000.00. On 03/26/2016 I bought a used Mazda CX-9 from this dealership on 06/16/2015 and purchased the GAP coverage for $700.00 and the Warranty for $2000.00. On 03/26/2016 I traded the vehicle in. The vehicle was great, I just needed something smaller. 2 days later I called and spoke to a woman (forgot her name) in Finance. She told me to email her the odometer disclosure, which I did, and said she would send me over the forms I need to sign. I never received any forms and numerous phone calls to her office to inquire about the forms met with voicemail after voicemail. I work out of state almost 9 months of the year and live 3 hours from this dealership, so getting to the dealership is almost impossible. Finally, on 12/13/2016 I was able to get the best help in this matter. Sean Spiker, the Finance Manager himself emailed me the forms; which were signed and emailed immediately back. He also emailed me the name and number for Dayna DeArman who is the Warranty Administrator. I called her to check the status of my checks. She explained she wouldn't receive the ledger and be able to cut my check until 01/07/2016. So here it is 01/07/2016 and I drive up to this dealership expecting my check. I get to the dealership and not only is Dayna not working, but no one knows anything about it. The only person I get to talk to is Thomas Michael. He at least went up to Dayna's office to try and find my check. He was as helpful as he could be. I ask for the General Manager, he's not working either. Instead I get handed a business card with a name hand written on it and they tell me "That's the General Manager". So almost 1 year later, car is paid off and still no GAP check. No Warranty check and a wasted 3 hour drive and I can either stay in a hotel until Monday and hope my check is cut... or drive back home and wait 7-10 more days from the day the actually decide to do their jobs. I don't recommend purchasing from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for a long fight to get your money back if you trade it in. More
