This stereotypical scene was immediately erased when I walked into the Mesa dealership and met Darlene who listened carefully to my needs and concerns. She guided me along at my own pace and while it took me several days to make my choice,she was available to me any time I had a questiion or wanted to see another vehicle. I usually divide the big services in three parts for financial purposes. Many people are reluctant to pay for the proper maintenance of their cars, but doing so it extends its life . Eric, Salesman, is simply the nicest guy and makes you feel so comfortable, you actually want to buy a car from him! We traded a HD motorcycle for the Miata and Eric went the extra mile to ensure we got the deal done. Thomas Michael was really a nice guy and easy to work with. The Cardinale Way staff were extremely courteous, respectful and thoughtful. I did not feel like I was being pushed into a sale. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal possible, and found a car within my personal and financial needs. Instead of feeling like I was working with a salesman, Donny, Thomas and Matt made me feel like I was working with family. I am so incredibly happy with my CX-5. Donny even followed up with a phone call to ensure I felt taken care of! I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience! Amazing experience! Honestly, I just wanted to do some car browsing (on they day I bought my car) cause I wanted to trade in my car for a new one. I didn't think I would actually end up buying one the same day. Darlene came up to me with a smile and asked how she could help. She showed me a couple of models and what amazed me about her, was all the details she knew. She was really convincing but in such a genuine way. I didn't even know what Mazda was all about but I was super impressed after what she taught me. Darlene made everything such a breeze, I didn't feel stressed at all. And Chris was amazing as well! Super friendly and there was no hassle with the paperwork. And one other thing I loved was that every single employee would look at you with a smile and made you feel welcomed. It felt too good to be true but it was an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend family and friends. More
