The Sarcasm Has Not Changed! If you declined those services the service advisors become sarcastic. I returned to buy a 2014 CX-5 after the Sales Manager assured me they had new service advisors. Unfortunately, after declining new rear brake pads because of a previous appointment, Nick was also sarcastic and did not provide me with a Full Service Report. I had to check the condition of my front pads myself. Cardinale Way Service is only nice if you accept and pay for all of their recommendations, whether you need them or not. Also, I received no response from the service manager about my concerns. More

Awesome Sales Force At This Dealership I can't begin to describe how helpful these guuys were in helping me get my new car. My initial contacts were with Dylan Spaid, Internet Sales, who ea I can't begin to describe how helpful these guuys were in helping me get my new car. My initial contacts were with Dylan Spaid, Internet Sales, who eagerly answered my questions and presented information about the type of car I was interested in. After going back and forth a few times with questions, answers and suggestions, Dylan had me come in and look at their offerings. I explained exactly what I needed, and the things in the vehicle I didn't need. He hit the car right on the make, down to the color! Between Dylan and the Sales Manager, they worked to get me a good price on my trade-in, and got me the financing that I needed and could afford to make this deal happen. The team worked tirelessly, and kept me informed the whole time of what was happening with Finance and answered questions abot that process along the way. The entire team made me feel comfortable, and were very respectful and personable, never pushy or demanding. Everyone from the front door personnel all the way to the Finance Manager were just exceptional in doing all they could in making me feel like a valued customer. After getting the deal done, they reminded me that if I had any questions at any time, just to call or stop by. Indeed, I have had a couple questions since, and they respond promptly and give me the answers I need. I highly, highly recommend this dealership, and have already told friends and co-workers about what a wonderful place it is to do business. Buying a car can be a highly stressful event, but this place takes all the stress out of the process. I felt like I was in good hands all the way. I hope CWM continues to keep up the good work they are doing, and they will stay on top!! More

They were not pushy or demanding -- completely respectful, with a mind and focus towards the customer experience. I was completely in awe at their willingness to do the right thing by the customer, and not just solely looking out for themselves. As far as I'm concerned, these guys just earned themselves a life-long customer. Other dealerships should look to this company as the gold standard for how to run a dealership business. They're really fantastic! More
