The next day, I went back to the dealership and completed the purchase. He was very professional and friendly. After making a purchase of a new 6 he was great in after sale help. Very few salesmen would go the extra mile like he did. Purchased a new 2016 Mazda3 I hate going to dealerships! But... I would go to this dealership again. I originally came to the dealership looking for a 2015 Mazda 3. We set an app I hate going to dealerships! But... I would go to this dealership again. I originally came to the dealership looking for a 2015 Mazda 3. We set an appointment and there was a car already parked and ready to test drive. After taking a closer look at the model, I recognized that it was a 2016. I was initially upset that Joshua told us they had 2015 models and put out a 2016 to look at. That being said, I walked away with the 2016 model and got a good price for it. I had little money down and okay credit, and the staff worked with me to put me at a comfortable monthly payment. I didn't have to make multiple trips to the finance department to sign paperwork and Chris got me a great APR. The staff was very honest, friendly, helpful. More

Good Sales Dept. Finance Blew it I waited awhile to write this to give them time to fix issue. Everyone makes mistakes. This issue was brought to their attention on 10/2/2015. It is n I waited awhile to write this to give them time to fix issue. Everyone makes mistakes. This issue was brought to their attention on 10/2/2015. It is now 10/13/2015 and its still not fixed. The finance dept actually paid off the wrong car loan when I traded in a car. Now it is coming up on 2 weeks and it is still not fixed. I was promised it would be fixed on 10/8/2015 before the $400 payment was due on 10/12/2015. Guess what, I had to make a payment on a car I traded almost a month ago to keep credit good. Why was this not fixed? Apparently the contact at Chase went on vacation. Guess I am just out of luck then, huh. Hope he had a good vacation. Update. Just 2 hrs after writing this I checked my account and it has been fixed. To the dealership: When you have issues like this give a daily update to the client daily, good or bad.. It amazing what a 2 min phone call can do. I asked for many a call back just to keep me updated. I got one callback that was requested out of 4 or 5. More
