Purchase of CX-3 Grand Touring - our third Mazda We just purchased our second Mazda from Cardinale Way and we're extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the professional staff at the dealership. Since we began dealing with Cardinale Way, we've felt like "family" at the dealership. They truly do care about us and our decisions regarding automobiles. Brian Soncrant represents the dealership and the brand very well. He knows the product and puts our needs and desires ahead of just selling a vehicle. We have a common bond with Brian - he not only is a Navy veteran but also is a Michigan native - just like us. We have spoken many times when we brought our first vehicle in for service and we're pleased we were able to work well with him in the purchase of our new CX-3. More

I have bought two cars from this dealer and have also sent two people in to buy cars. My experience was not bad but I was supposed to be getting two $100 referral check for the two people I sent. Never got my first check but that was a few years ago. But this last person I sent in was almost a year ago and I still have yet to see a check. I call every other week to check up on it and I'm always getting another excuses why I have not received my check. Here is just a few of them: manager had a heart attach, check printing machine is broke, lost in the mail, haven't had time, check writing department is closed for the day, and more. Excuse after excuse. I'm sick of it and will never be back. Stinks for them being that I buy a new car every few years and have been loyal to Mazda for my last three. Looks like I'll be going to Berge Mazda. If your curious who I've been dealing with it is Al Lanz and Thomas Michael but I'd avoid this dealership all together. They are horrible and full of lies. CardinaleWay Mazda, I really hope you get your act together. Your making Mazda look really bad. More

I loved everything from the experience of the purchase and never had a problem going in for service. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident that totaled my car only 9 months after getting the car. I came back to the dealership unsure of how the whole process since my car has not been paid off yet but the staff here answered all of my questions and were very honest about what vehicles I would be able to afford in the price range that I was willing to pay instead of letting me test drive something I couldn't and falling in love with it and being talked into purchasing. Everyone here is so honest and make the whole experience actually enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

NONE of that applies to anyone I worked with at Cardinaleway, especially Nick. Nick went out of his way to accommodate my extremely packed schedule and had nearly everything ready to go before we even walked in the door. It was by far the most low-pressure, streamlined, and comfortable buying experience I've had. Most importantly, Nick actually LISTENED, all too rare a quality these days, and gave me the information I needed, when I needed it, every time. I'm admittedly a somewhat difficult customer, but Nick took it all in stride, and I'm already trying to send more people his way because of how he does business. More
