Darlene was fantastic. I was a first time buyer for a car, and I didn't have a co signer at first, and even with that, Darlene did so much for me. She was so helpful as to giving advice, and helping me through the whole process. She was so friendly and so easy to get along with and we connected on so many levels. After I had found a co signer, she was just as thrilled as I was and very genuine about everything she had said. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with them and buying the chevy sonic. "Mama" was also a great help in giving me much needed information and she helped me work around a price range and an interest rate to the best of her ability to my understanding. There were irritating moments, but that definitely happens when you're a first time buyer so it was understandable. Overall, my visit was great. Again, Darlene was such a help and she did everything she could to satisfy what I needed in a car. I would definitely recommend going to her to anyone. More
It was a great experience! Located an internet price, knew we wanted it. Made a call, verified the vehicle was physically on the lot. Told them we would be there in an hour. Drove up and saw the vehicle was parked right at the front door. Brian Soncrant and Thomas Michael were there to greet us with smiles and hand shakes. The process was easy and enjoyable. It was also Labor Day Saturday and they stayed with us until 10:00 PM. We would definitely recommend this Dealership and we don't live anywhere near it. More

I didn't really have a relationship with our prior Sales Associate. However, within five minutes of meeting Brian Soncrant on Saturday, I knew I would buy a car from him this weekend and very likely in the future, too. Brian was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and he went out of his way to accommodate my concerns on pricing while meeting my wife's desire for "the leather package". During my visit to the dealership, I ran into a great Service Tech (Nick), who always took care of my prior Mazda. Purchasing the new CX-5 this weekend at Cardinale Way Mazda was like "coming home".
