Its usually a battle getting the price you want and good service. My parents work really hard for there money and I wanted to make sure they didn't get taken advantage of!! Chris Johnson was absolutely amazing!! He is such a wonderful person inside and out and he was so down to earth and chill, I seriously forgot at times we were even there to buy a car. As we were waiting for the finance guy he came over and sat with us in the waiting area and shared some really touching stories with us that touched our hearts and lives forever!! He and the car dealership are so much more than a dealership.....they pay i forward to so many people in need !! Its absolutely amazing!! Chris Johnson is a blessing from God and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts for making our car buying experience the best ever!! My wife and I had been to five or six dealerships previous to this one and had received the usual car buying experience at all of them--bait and switch tactics, cheesy sales people, working with people who don't respect your time, people who come back to you with much higher payments then you said you want, etc. Cardinale Mazda and Chris Mankin were a breath of fresh air. There were no "sales tactics" employed. It was all straight shooting and they gave us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted and made us feel like valuable customers even though we have less than perfect credit. I cannot recommend this place and Chris highly enough and they will be certainly be getting my business on my next vehicle purchase. More

Best and Most Professional and Efficient Service I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 from Brian McFadden at Cardinal Way Mazda in March of 2013. The customer service and professionalism then was top notch. Unfor I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 from Brian McFadden at Cardinal Way Mazda in March of 2013. The customer service and professionalism then was top notch. Unfortunately I had an accident and totaled my Mazda 3. The engine and battery were sitting on the pavement a few feet away from the car itself. I am so thankful that I was in a car designed with safety first. Imagine the impact that causes an engine to be completely separated from the car. I will have pictures soon but I can tell you that I walked away from this accident with nothing but a couple bruises and obvious soreness. The passenger compartment is completely intact. I did not even observe any broken glass. In obvious need of another car I called Brian at Cardinal Way Mazda. He returned my call and went out of his way to come pick me up on a Sunday afternoon when he and his family had just left church. Because of Brian's dedication and professionalism, I will only miss one day of work and have a new car sitting in my driveway less than 25 hours after the total loss. Kudos go to Cardinal Way Mazda for having such a great Team. Kudos go to Mazda for building such great cars with safety in mind. More
