DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I went in with a 2012 Mazda 3 iTouring. I was not asked what I was looking for, was not allowed to look at the specs, offered a test drive. My one question based on a feature I required a Skyactiv engine. Austin lied to me stating the vehicle he was trying to sell me included the Skyactiv. I signed papers then discovered his negligent misrepresentation. I was paying more money for much less car. A base model iSV no Skyactiv, Bluetooth, or even Cruise Control. They did add the cruise control at no charge & programmed a spare valet key at no charge after expressing frustration at the situation. Stated it was a misunderstanding. More

I had already been to another dealership and they basically laughed me out of the place because I don't have any car loan history and they couldn't really work with me to get me the payments I wanted. I already had the Mazda2 in mind so after the test drive, I was in love. When it came down to the paperwork to get approved for financing, they never made me feel inadequate because of my lack of credit history but instead really worked with me and the rest of the team to get me at a price point I was comfortable with. Will and his team got me in the car I wanted, with the payments I wanted and yes the paperwork was a bit grueling but I drove off that lot with my brand new Mazda2 & I have absolutely no regrets. This car is super fun to drive so thanks you guys! More
