Everyone was ver friendly and helpful at Cardinale Way. They even stayed in the shop an hour after close to figure out the financing. My only complaint was how Jeff handled some things with me. He decided to wait to share some choice information with me until after I had signed everything (like that I might have to put more money down on the car after I had already written a check, or started to discuss the "packages" and increased monthly payments that would result in picking any of them). I really do appreciate all he did for me on the finance side, but that's one thing I did not appreciate. However, I understand that he was doing his job. Overall, everything was great and I would definitely recommend Cardinale Way to anyone in the general Phoenix area looking to buy/lease a Mazda. More

About a week ago, I submitted a blanket quote request for a CX-5 which included all options that we were looking for. We were almost immediately inundated with responses via email, phone calls, and even seve a CX-5 which included all options that we were looking for. We were almost immediately inundated with responses via email, phone calls, and even several text messages. I thought that I'd read a review that said that the CX-5 Touring and Grand Touring offered additional power with the AWD added, but CJ was kind enough to point out that the AWD was not the source of the power, and unless we planned on driving in snow, we really didn't need the AWD (and its additional expense; he said that the larger engine in the Touring/Grand Touring was sufficient. CJ was the only one of all the dealers who pointed that out to us, and so we decided to take our test drive there, nail down the options that we really wanted, then go home and see which dealer could offer the best deal. We really didn't plan on buying that day. CJ was really great. When we were at the dealership, CJ gave us honest feedback and solid information on the options that he felt were not really a good fit for us and for the price. He never pressured us, he gave us time to talk about everything, and my husband and I both agreed that CardinaleWay was the best fit for us, even though it's approximately 50 miles from our house and farther than most of the other Mazda dealers in our area. We decided to pull the trigger and we got everything we wanted, and nothing we didn't want. We would absolutely recommend CardinaleWay to anyone looking for a Mazda, and I cannot express adequately just how impressed we were; never have we had a better experience in purchasing a new auto! We were pre-approved for financing, but Shaun got us an even better rate - just over one percentage point lower - than we'd been pre-approved for, which we were amazed by (and delighted!). I appreciate everything they did for us, and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone in the market for a beautiful new vehicle like ours.
