From the first time I visited this dealership, I found the employees to be very friendly, accommodating, trustworthy, patient, and most importantly, low pressure! The majority of my dealings were with Hayden Cosgrove and Donnie and I couldn't be more pleased with their level of service and willingness to get me the best deal possible on the exact car that I wanted. They really went the extra mile in trying to understand my needs and wants and went out of their way to find a very specific and hard to come by model and color and did not try to push me into something else, just to make a sale that day, which I really appreciate. Their vehicle knowledge and advice was invaluable in helping me make the right decision and also save money by not over spending on certain technology items that I determined I would rarely use, once explained to me. Donnie was extremely helpful since he himself drove the same model of car that I was planning to buy and could provide answers to all of my questions and ease my concerns (not an easy task, by the way!). Both Hayden and Donnie were so genuine and easy to talk to that I found myself joking with them and having fun, making for an enjoyable experience from test drive through final sale. Negotiating the deal was the easiest part, and that is the part I normally dread the most, but Donnie was incredible. He put together a deal that far exceeded my expectations and it was so quick and painless compared to all the other times I bought a car. I didn't know it could be so easy. Donnie never said "no" to anything and he came back with great figures and offers on certain items without me even having to ask! I am the type of person who does not like or trust most salespeople and I hate even walking onto a car lot. I can tell you that Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa, AZ and their employees are not your stereotypical car dealership or sales people. I have never had a better car buying experience or dealt with more enjoyable people than those at Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa, AZ. They are a diamond in the rough and I am so glad I found them and decided to give them a try. You should too!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an unbeatable deal from people who are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain fun. Everyone I encountered was so energetic and polite and always smiled and spoke to me. It was very refreshing and so different from all the other dealerships that I visited. I even found myself pulling for them to reach their sales goals and felt good that my sale may have contributed. Cardinale has always taken care of me when it came to basic m 2009, and I recently decided that I wanted to trade in my car for a 2014 Mazda 3 Sport. Cardinale has always taken care of me when it came to basic maintenance as well as when it came to repair work. I have never felt taken advantage of by any Cardinale employee when it came to things that my car needed, and their employees are not pushy or intrusive (you can't say that about a lot of dealerships!). Not only did I walk out with an awesome deal on a brand new car, but I was able to get more than I bargained for! I walked out with a Touring rather than a Sport, and I am extremely happy with my purchase! Sean Parson, my salesman, did a great job answering any questions that I had and made great recommendation when needed. If Sean, himself, was unable to answer a question that I had, team members were more than willing to step in and help. Wayne DeLeo was also great to work with and was the one who was able to work out an amazing deal for me. I would 100% recommend Cardinaleway Mazda in Mesa to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
When I take my vehicle to Nick for maintenance, I turn over my keys to him with complete trust and confidence because of the high level of customer service that he provides. Brian has sold me my last two Mazda's. Over the past 6 months he's been in contact with me to see if I'm ready to move to a new vehicle. He was never pushy, always polite and patient. We went to this dealership (after visiting other manufacturers) to browse new cars as we were finally in the market for a new car. We were greeted outside by the salesman Silas who was so helpful in manufacturers) to browse new cars as we were finally in the market for a new car. We were greeted outside by the salesman Silas who was so helpful in helping us narrow down what we really needed/wanted for our budget. We took a nice test drive and then went inside to see if we could make the sale an actual reality that night. Honestly, we've never had a car buying experience like this as the negotiations on the price were so easy and the whole buying experience did not keep us there for any great lengths as we've experienced in the past. The manager, Wayne greeted us and really helped us out a lot as we had a strict budget and we just think he did such a great job in getting the price down to what was actually within our budget parameters and also worked with us on our down payment as we did not have the funds that night to give to the dealership. Wayne even bought me and my wife dinner that night as we had not eaten yet which was really nice as well. The finance part was not torturous neither as we've experienced in the past. Needless to say, we drove home a new Mazda 3 that night for my wife and we both just love the car and the friendliness of all the staff there. Silas and Wayne were the key to this and we now feel as if we have two new friends at that dealership. We feel as if we got a great deal on a brand new car. Kudos to Wayne and Silas. Mazda got us in a car when no one else would. When we brought our car in to be serviced same thing such a wonderful staff and always a great experience! Just the other day my husband and I came into Mazda to purchase a our first brand new vehicle, Matt Shelton and Thomas Michael we just so amazing and friendly and we drove off in our 2014 Mazda CX 9!!!! I had a tru car certificate for a dealership that was 45 minutes away. I called them on the phone and they said they would honor any certificate I had. There was no pressure to buy and they were the nicest most friendliness people I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. They also beat out financing from competitors and answered every question and websites recommendations to validate everything they told me. Brian also requested that I should call him first for any questions or issues I have with the car. I have never had a salesman ask me to contact him first especially if I have a problem with the car. I would recommend this Mazda dealership and Brian and Thomas to anyone. More
