This was an outstanding experience. I traded my current lease which was a Kia Sorento for a Mazda CX5 Sport. We added leather and an overhead DVD player. Our purchase was last Friday and the adds could not be done until the early part of this week. The first thing said by Al Lanz was "so as not to inconvienence Mollie (my disabled daughter), leave them in the Sorento as a loaner until we have their vehicle complete". That certainly simplified our needs and the fact that they took the time and effort to know my daughters name and her needs. I would like to also note that our experience with the entire dealership was wonderful. Every person that we came in contact, even if just in passing, was kind, polite and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and will definitly be a repeat customer. More
Brian was very friendly, almost talked too much. Gave a lot of mechanical detailed information that really wasn't import to me, but no biggy. The sale was done quickly, and I was happy with that. The lack of follow-up and attention given after the sale is what really bothered me, and made me feel that once the sale was made that I, didn't matter any more. I was actually going to take my car there to get serviced, but because of the lack of follow-up on the tinting I was promised I won't. First Brian lead me to believe the tinting would take place the following Monday of the sale. After speaking with the tinting guy, because Brian never contacted me, he said he should have known better because tinting is at least a week out because of the demand. He was also suppose to set the appointment and follow-up with me which never happened. I actually made the appointment. I knew the day I made it I would be on a time crunch, and spoke to the the tinting guy about the schedule who indicated it shouldn't be a problem. I actually called Brian and he said he would work on scheduling a car for me with the tinting guy, but never confirmed. That morning I called to make sure everything was scheduled because I was promised a car and I had appointments I had to get to while the care was being tinted. I allowed 30 minutes to pick-up the car, and when I got there the staff knew nothing about the situation, and didn't think it was a big deal that I had gone to extra lengths to avoid this situation! They let me know Brian wasn't there because his baby was being born that morning, which was great, but I was now a month out from the purchase date, and in my opinion all the more reason that everything should have been taken care of. When I was finally being given a car, it was the "wrong car" so I again had to wait, which in-turn made me late to my appointments. I'm sure the guys thought I was the biggest "witch" around, but In customer services it's the little things that matter. As a consumer, how do I know I'm going to be taken care of if I get my car serviced there when promises made during the sale weren't fulfilled. More
Ramone was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the car. He showed us the great features included and the route he suggested for the test drive gave a really good idea of the cars perfomance in a varie car. Thomas was able to work the numbers so our payments will be comfortable in our budget with very little haggling. Making the part of car buying that my husband hates just that much easier. Signing all the paperwork and getting the GAP insurance and extended warranty info was trouble free as well. We have been loyal Saturn customers and I am glad to have found a close second in Mazda. More

I bought a car I thought was new. The car had no sticker and quite a few miles. We were told that dealers had drove it etc. We believed it. Then got our insurance card, went to put it in the glove box and t and quite a few miles. We were told that dealers had drove it etc. We believed it. Then got our insurance card, went to put it in the glove box and there was the registration for the past owners. When we called to question them we were told the previous owners had committed fraud in how much they made and so Cardinale had them bring the car back. I replied that they had committed fraud to us in selling us a car that was used. They replied that it wasn't really registered and that it was only temporary. I asked if they had checked the car out since it had almost $2,000. miles on it, they did not! They sold us a car that was used and didn't even check it out. I have given them 2 months to do something to make it right. Like perhaps replace the car with the new car I thought I bought? They could care less and don't seemed to be concerned that they lied to me when I asked why the car had miles on it. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and with the attorney general and with anyone else who will listen. I gave you over 2 months to do something and you did nothing. Customers do not matter to these people. More

These 2 guys really have me a new prospective to what I have always thought of dealerships for over 25 years. This was the total opposite experience of what I've been accustomed to dealing with from past experiences. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and went way out of their way to please my wife and I. It was quick and painless once we decided on what car we really liked the most. The plan they offered really simplified our lives. I have no reason not to deal with any other dealerships in the future and would hope to find these two men still simplifying other peoples live at this location when I go back and I will be going back for my future cars. Excellent job done by these guys. ;-) Mr. Johnson with the new 2014 soul red M6. Love it!!! More
