Robert has exceptional customer service and an amazing personality! He is very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining all of the features of the vehicles he sells, even with little voice he had at the personality! I purchased a new 2012 Mazada 3 Touring with SkyActiv technology from Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa in October 2012. My experience with Cardinale Way Mazda was excellent. I submitted a request for a pric technology from Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa in October 2012. My experience with Cardinale Way Mazda was excellent. I submitted a request for a price quote online through a third-party website (Edmunds.com), and spoke on the phone with Chris Hansen a few times before ever coming in to the dealership. Chris provided me with all of the information I requested before my visit to the dealership. When I did come into the dealership, I was treated with respect and no hard-sale pressure tactics were applied. I negotiated a deal (including trade in) that I was comfortable with and was able to complete my purchase and get my new car the same day. Chris and Wayne DeLeo treated me great during the entire process, and I would recommend anyone interested in a Mazda vehicle to contact them as part of your purchase process. They were great, and more than six months later I still feel the same way. Oh yeah, and I love my Mazda 3! More

We were very pleased with the service here. We were deciding between a Toyota Sienna and a Mazda, and the experience we had with Mr. Shelton helped us lean to buying the Mazda. They went to great lengths to work with us because with a Special Needs child it was hard for both of us to be at the dealer at once and they accomodated our family very nicely. Our last new car was 2000 so Matt spent plenty of time with us to make sure we understood all the new features in our Mazda 5 and he actually set up the satellite radio and the blue tooth for the phone. Very nice! Matt is the main reason we would recommend Cardinale Way Mazda. My wife was very impressed with how much time Matt spent to make sure she understood the workings of her new car. More

Chris Mankins and Thomas Michael were by far the BEST car guys I have ever worked with. They were more than willing to help me out of a high car payment for a Mazda 3 and got me into a brand new car and a lo guys I have ever worked with. They were more than willing to help me out of a high car payment for a Mazda 3 and got me into a brand new car and a lower car payment for a beautiful Mazda 6. I am beyond happy. I have had bad experiences in the past dealing with car sales men and these guys went out of their way to help me. They were not pushy at all, they didn't have the mentality that I needed to buy "that day or the deal wont be there tomorrow". They said to take my time and that's what made me go back to decide to sign the deal. Also, there was a discrepancy in the contract, so I went back the next day to talk to them about it, and Thomas gladly changed it and I walked away happy. Now that's what I call good customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership any day! More

I was then quoted $14000 verbally as the final out the door price...which after taxes, etc. is between the 2 prices. After I got there, drove it and liked it, the price went up to $13,900. I talked to the GM who apologized and told me the lower price quotes were a mistake. They are complete liars. DO NOT waste your time at this dealership. More
I went to the dealer because my air conditioning wasn't working properly and I was greeted by Nick Santarsiero. I explained to Nick what was going on and he promptly took the car back to service for wasn't working properly and I was greeted by Nick Santarsiero. I explained to Nick what was going on and he promptly took the car back to service for me and said it wouldn't take long and he will make sure the problem was fixed. While I was waiting I asked if Matt Shelton was in because I had done business with him before. He was called to the front desk and he came out and greeted my husband and myself. My husband in the mean time was looking at the 2014 Mazda6. Matt asked if we would like to test drive it and we said no but we liked everything we saw about it. He said he would be happy to see if we could get into the car, so we thought about it for a few and said ok see what he could do. My husband and I went to lunch and while we were at lunch Nick called and said my car was ready and everything was working great. We said we would be back in a few and he said take our time. We finished lunch went back to the dealership and Matt had everything ready for us and al we had to do was sign the papers. Wayne DeLeo came out and greeted us and he was working on getting the color which I wanted because they didn't have it at the dealership. He eventually found the color at another dealership and Matt went to the dealership which had it and brought it back to me at Cardinale. While Matt was gone to get my car my husband and I went to finance and we met Jim Maijala. He had all our paperwork ready to go when we went into his office, he explained everything to us in detail and we signed everything and was good to go. It was the easiest transactions I have ever had when buying a car. Matt returned shortly with my car and I got the keys and was on my way. I would recommend Cardinale Way Mazda to all my friends, family and strangers because when I go there I always have great experiences. The staff is friendly, very helpful and know their job and are willing to help you over and beyond. More
