i have given Nick Santarsiero all perfect 5's because he was excellent with everything!! Nick was very respectful and very caring for what the situation that i was in with my new car that i purchased in he was excellent with everything!! Once i told him i didnt feel safe in my car with having the problems that i had. Nick had jumped onto getting me a rental ASAP which was wonderful!! And one more thing that touched me was he even called me to make sure i wasnt broken down on the side of the road which really did mean a lot to me because he just isn't a sales associate at cardinaleWay mazada that doesn't really care but he actually took things to his heart. I went online to look at new Mazda CX-5's and got a few from the area. We live about 65 miles from the nearest Mazda dealership, so I reviewed all of the potential offers that I was getting and also wa few from the area. Figuring that Cardinale Way was the closest we would stop there first. We were greeted by Mr. Patterson outside as we made our way into the dealership, he asked if we were looking for anyone specific and I told him that I had gotten emails from Thomas Micheal, also Al Lanz, and Chris Johnson. He introduced us to Mr. Michael. Mr. Michael asked what we were looking into and had Mr. Patterson show us a few of the new CX-5's. We found a few that we liked and Mr. Patterson asked if we were interested in a test drive. The whole time Mr. Patterson was very kind and easy to talk to. It was a very relaxed atmosphere both out on the test drive and in the dealership. We sat down to negotiate a deal on our new Mazda CX-5. while a little bit time consuming, but what new car deal isn't, it was a relaxing, non pressure situation. I would recommend Cardinale Way to others, and I would recommend that they ask for and deal with Mr. Patterson, he is a really relaxed and nice person, I would say salesperson but he never came across as a typical salesperson, but more as a person trying to help you find the right car for you, at a reasonable price.
