I scheduled a regular service and also had an issue with my radio. As usual, it was all taken care of quickly and completely. Nick is very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. Chris Johnson went beyond getting me everything I wanted in a car and much more for an amazing price. Words can not describe how good of a job Chris did! Every question I asked, he was very knowledgeable and up front about it. He never tried to "sugar coat it". If I could give Chris and this dealership a higher rating I would in a heartbeat! More
I have been taking my cars to Nick and the repair crew for 6 or so years now. Today I need an oil change, new wiper blades, and a tire rotation. I bought my Tribute used about 3 years ago. Nick took my ca for 6 or so years now. Today I need an oil change, new wiper blades, and a tire rotation. I bought my Tribute used about 3 years ago. Nick took my car right in, the crew started working on it right away. I told Nick I was heading for Missouri in a week. Nick came in a little later and told me that my tires were separating and had dry rot. The chances of me having a blowout would have been extremely likely. So I am bringing my car back next week for new tires. When I got my tribute back, it was all washed and looked great. I don't know the name of the guys that worked on my car. But they do a great job, and get me in and out. Nick is very nice and explains everything that needs to be done. Today he went up and beyond in making sure I would have a safe auto for my trip. I originally went in for my vehicle to be assessed in the service area. Steve Ross was very helpful. Unfortunately, my 1999 vehicle had too many issues to be worth being fixed. Stephanie Ross set me up wit service area. Steve Ross was very helpful. Unfortunately, my 1999 vehicle had too many issues to be worth being fixed. Stephanie Ross set me up with Brian Soncrant to work on finding a vehicle for me, either used or new. I had a bankruptcy approx 2 years ago and was still having problems being approved for credit. The team worked hard to get me a decent interest rate for my credit score. Brian was very patient and helped me find a vehicle that would work for me. Wayne De Leo was a big part of working out my financing and even helping me with GAP & the extended warranty. Sean, in finance, was very nice and walked me through the financial aspect and all the paperwork so that I understood each form. I am very impressed with Cardinale Way Mazda of Mesa. Buying a car is rarely a good experience and being that I was in a vulnerable state since I didn't have a vehicle to leave the dealership in on my own, they could have taken advantage of that but they did not. More
Second time going to Cardinale Way Mazda had a great experience but this time around Brian McFadden was our Sales Men he did an amazing job with outstanding customer service really took his time to gath experience but this time around Brian McFadden was our Sales Men he did an amazing job with outstanding customer service really took his time to gather all the proper information needed for us to perches a new car prior to us going to the dealership we literally picked out our new car and we were done No time wasted got to the point and more time to enjoy our new Ride! I had a positive experience up until I was sent to Shaun in finance. He sold me warranty because he said it would only cost me an additional $13 per month. When I went home and added up the numbers it was c in finance. He sold me warranty because he said it would only cost me an additional $13 per month. When I went home and added up the numbers it was closer to $60 more per month. I called the manager and went over the numbers I was, he said it was a calculating error and they were happy to remove the warranty. When I went back in to sign new paperwork, Shaun the finance guy badgered me for 30 minutes for declining the warranty. He said, "I wish I could hit you over the head for being so stupid." I was called stupid several different ways over this 30 minute conversation. I said, "I guarantee you this car WILL break down." That is certainly not what you want to hear when you are purchasing a brand new car. It was insulting, frustrating, and I left feeling incredibly upset with no resolution. I spoke with the sales manager and Shaun's boss, but they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. My husband called Shaun for an explanation and his phone call was never returned. More
I have a Mazda for 10 years now and I've purchased multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted wit multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted with my handshakes and my HUGS from sales, services, and finance department. They constantly reassure me that they're aware of the amount of cars that have purchased, that they want me to stay, and that they would do the best they can to maximize any car purchasing negotiations so that both sides win. As for the 2014 Mazda I purchased just yesterday, instead of every employee asking if the deal was done, they asked my opinion and voice theirs as well. Now I'm a fun loving and outgoing customer and I use that as a tool to draw in salespeople to feel them out and as always over the years the whole team would just take time to gather around and next thing you know were all laughing and joking and a solid deal that works for both sides is made and I drove off the lot again pleased. Several hours later I learned they needed me to stop by dealership once again and I know they would not have asked if it were not important so I drove back out to take care of it because they took care of me. Tim immediately texted pictures of it to me making the purchase experience fun and exciting. Both Thomas Michael and Wayne DeLeo, Sales Managers, were concerned, friendly and very helpful with the sale and all paperwork to make it happen. Tim then explained all features of our new car and has continued to call and text me about my experience and ask if I have any questions or need help with anything. More
