We had corresponded extensively with the dealer (we're from out of town). We had agreed on a car, options, color, price, trade-in, etc. We gave them the VIN number of our trade, etc. When we arri (we're from out of town). We had agreed on a car, options, color, price, trade-in, etc. We gave them the VIN number of our trade, etc. When we arrived expecting a simple pick-up the car was not prepped - it still had plastic on it, not serviced. They lowballed us on our trade - gave us thousands less than they agreed to earlier, and could give us no reason other than they had us over a barrel. They had the nerve to say "you are still saving money, you only pay tax on the difference!" They charged us $400 for window tinting that had not been applied. (We were walking out when they finally agreed to tint the windows.) They left us sitting in the showroom repeatedly, for long stretches. They finally got our new car prepped, apparently the kid took it to the drive-thru while getting some gas in the tank. There were, however, some bits and pieces we later found in the glove box that the dealer was supposed to have installed. We finally got out, having been there over 5 hours. They told us to be sure and check all the "excellent" boxes on the Mazda US questionnaire.... we told them what they could expect.... More

I had my scheduled oil change yesterday and Steve was very nice, funny and helpful. He answered all my questions and let me know what was recommended on my car.
