My husband and I purchased a 2013 Mazda 6 from Cardinale Way Mazda at the end of October. Sorry for my delay in posting a review! From the moment we walked in we felt like we were in control of the entire process and felt that Mike Giglio and Wayne treated us with professionalism and were very customer service oriented. They listed to our needs and worked with us on what we could afford payment wise. The only thing I would say that bothered me was they asked me to sign a piece of paper that wasn't a contract when my payment was negotiated. I refused to sign anything unless it was in contract form and they were totally cool and appreciated my sense of humor when I wrote on a piece of paper "This payment will work for us.. signed Mickey Mouse." I could hear the finance manager laughing from across the dealership. While we are normally a Toyota/Honda family, we will most likely be back to trade in our 2nd vehicle in a couple of years. Thanks for making this a pleasurable and not stereo typical buying a car sucks moment. More

We had an outstanding experience! We visited several dealerships, talked to several Sales people and Managers. These folks were by far the most knowledgable and CUSTOMER focused. I felt like they were dealerships, talked to several Sales people and Managers. These folks were by far the most knowledgable and CUSTOMER focused. I felt like they were trying to HELP me make it work. Not push me to make a sale. I brought my entire in to several dealerships for a "final review" (and educational / life experience) before we purchased. After we left CardinaleWay EVERY PERSON in the car had positive comments about the sales people and management. The other dealerships just weren't in the same league.
