I purchased a new car about a week ago. Wayne was very helpful. Although there was some confusion on the sale, Wayne took the initative to look into a few things and provide me some answers.I would recomm helpful. Also we noticed that when I took delivery of the vehichle that the tint was bubbling and scratched. Wayne is providing me a loaner so that they can fix the 3 windows. So far so good! These guys are GREAT! We were looking to purchase a new SUV and trade in our old Navigator. We worked with Brian, Wayne and Matt and all of them were more than helpful through the entire process. We brought our car back in about a week later to install leather seats. Our sales counselor, Eric Coon was friendly with good product knowledge. He even came in on his day off to help us complete our purchase. His manager Thomas was exceptional at helping us find the right c product knowledge. He even came in on his day off to help us complete our purchase. The whole buying experience from start to finish was the most friendly and relaxed of any we have had in our life. Considering we have purchased over 20 new cars that is saying a lot. The sales manager Wayne DeLeo even spent 30 minutes, AFTER we already bought the car, programming the great "blue tooth" feature to our cell phones. All this on a Saturday evening after regular hours. What fun! More
We went to CardinaleWay with the intention of just test driving a Mazda 3 but buying the car from one of our "bank approved" dealerships that was 40 miles away. We had Brian as our sales guy and found tha driving a Mazda 3 but buying the car from one of our "bank approved" dealerships that was 40 miles away. We had Brian as our sales guy and found that he was very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly to work with. With a little convincing, he was able to get us the price we were quoted from our "bank approved" dealership so we decided to buy from Brian. He even came in on his day off to finish the deal (thanks Brian!). The finance guy, Todd, was also an absolute joy to work with. We were financing through our own bank, but Todd was very helpful and friendly in processing the transaction, title, etc. Overall, I got exactly the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and had a pretty good experience doing it!! Mazda personnel were sensitive to my issues and my concern with regard to the expense while balancing the somewhat unique situation that I am in with my car. I bought it in 2010 and it took well over concern with regard to the expense while balancing the somewhat unique situation that I am in with my car. I bought it in 2010 and it took well over a year to get to the 5,000 mile checkup. At that time, I had the oil changed and the tires rotated. However, my Kansas dealer had not entered the necessary maintenance information into my record book. While helping me to understand what needed to be done now that I was in Arizona, Mazda nonetheless remained supportive and professional. Two hours was a long visit but they were kind enough to let me know how long it would be ahead of time. Managing customer expectations is a skill that not many companies spend time on but Mazda did. I am now confidant that I will have a reliable dealer to turn to for continued maintenance and one that seems to care about their customers. More
